Happy New Year Friends.
These past few years have been HUGE societal shifts.
We are living in a world that is in the midst of a huge transformation. Unfortunately, it’s not all positive transformation with the pandemic, climate change, social justice, and old fashioned hate and ignorance being major movers. Governments have shown their true colors around the world. Globally, most politicians are not in it for you – they’re in it to make themselves and their friends more comfortable and powerful. There are some exceptions – but they mostly get chewed up and shit on.
That’s the bad news.
The good news is that we seem to be transitioning into a post-scarcity society. People are fed up with working longer hours to only have less. People are waking up to the fact that money printing is the biggest scam on the planet and employment i.e. ‘job security’ is the biggest lie. People are also realizing that creator’s have been getting the shaft for far too long. Financial technology like blockchain, decentralized finance, non-fungible tokens, and cryptocurrency are giving the long-ignored the tools to re-claim their time.
Long and short – we are all going to die. It’s time you recognize it. It might be today, tomorrow, or in a hundred years but it’s going to happen. When you are lying on your deathbed – will you be happy that you slaved in a Tesla gigafactory for 40 years or were monitored and driven like a labor camp prisoner in some Amazon warehouse? Will you think about how you spent enough time with your loved ones or not enough?
2022 is a transformative year. Our entire world is going to be transformed. We have the power to change the course from one of disasters to one of light, love, and powerful human kindness. We have the ability to stop wasting our time and energy on people and institutions who don’t appreciate us or value the very limited time we have here on planet Earth.
There are many things I want to do in 2022. Mostly though, I want to just live a happier life. I want to share that happiness with other people who are happy. I hope you all have a wonderful transition. Be kind to each other.
