Posted on February 9, 2006 by CD

bush
He is a caring and compassionate conservative who supports education and helping Americans to succeed…or at least that is what he claims…Some notable cuts are public broadcasting, education, and help for the disabled….check out a few of the 141 programs that President Bush proposed to eliminate or cut in his 2007 budget:
Community Connect broadband grants, $9 million. –Never mind getting the poor connected. They don’t contribute to his campaign.
Commodity supplemental food program, $107 million. –same goes for feeding the poor.
Public broadcast grants, $5 million.—Fox News for Everyone!!!!
Watershed protection and flood prevention operations, $75 million. – You would think that after the Katrina disaster, the admistration might want to put more into flood control.
Educational technology state grants, $272 million.—No rich child left behind.
Even Start, $99 million …–An even start isn’t fair..scrap it.
Vocational education state grants, $1,182 million –if the parents ain’t rich, fuck em.
Vocational education national programs, $9 million – if you can’t afford Yale…get a job at McDonalds. They train and pay you for it.
Upward Bound, $311 million . –Keep the poor down.
Talent search, $145 million – Talent can find its own way out of the ghetto
Tech prep state grants, $105 million —Not unless they teach Creative Design
Safe and Drug-Free Schools state grants, $347 million —Home School Christians are already safe…except from their parents.
Elementary and secondary education program terminations:
Parental information and resource centers, $40 million —School is not to educate the parents…
Arts in education, $35 million –Arts? We don’t need no stinking arts
Elementary and secondary school counseling, $35 million — Counseling is for couples.
Alcohol abuse reduction, $32 million – Let em go to rehab like Georgy did.
National Writing Project, $22 million –Writing is one of the three R’s
Javits gifted and talented education, $10 million — No gifts for the gifted
Dropout prevention program, $5 million – Fuck em.
The list goes on and on….and what does the money saved do? It kills people in distant lands, it eavesdrops on US citizens, it gets people groped at the airport, it doesn’t buy the troops body armor, it goes to church based groups the President supports…
Impeach Bush Now!!!!!!
