New Delhi Though the scheduled launch of the Global Call to Action Against Poverty’s (G-CAP) White Band campaign was delayed in Pakistan due to torrential rains and thunderstorms, the campaigners more than made up with their innovative ideas towards the end of the week.
On July 5 afternoon, Maqsad mobilized young people from different lifestyles, representatives from non-governmental organizations and employees from the public sector in one of the most densely inhabited area of Lahore, Nila Gumbat, which is near Anarkali Bazaar.
