I thought I knew what the Vagobond Travel Museum was going to be, but it changed several times – from a list of curated links, to a best of list, to posts that gathered together trips or stories from Vagobond from a certain theme….Still, they are all interesting and I hope that you’ve enjoyed them!
These first VTMs were simply collections of travel stories, videos and photos for the preceding weeks. I enjoyed them, but they were so much work and offered little reward.

Next I began to write complete guides to destinations I was in, but this wasn’t exactly something I could do every week.
Back to writing about the travel web and then more guides about specific places or events…
Finally, I started to compile and curate collections of my travel and or themes around a topic that had been published on Vagobond. This was pretty fun and allowed me to clean up some old posts, revisit some interesting travel, and share it with you.
I began to ask some friends to share their stories to make it more interesting…
And then, I wasn’t real sure how to end the year… so I went with an explanatory post, some travel secrets, a bit of nostalgia, and how to celebrate the end of the world…
